This Privacy Policy describes how Andrej Kling, also known as Andhar and Gurudev ("I", "me", "developer"), handles information in connection with the mobile applications published under my developer accounts (Google Play developer account: Andhar, Apple App Store developer account: Andrej Kling) on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
I am committed to protecting your privacy. My apps are designed to work without collecting personal data wherever possible.

My apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Specifically:
Some apps (such as Colour Kingdom and Notecook) store notes, events, or settings locally on your device using iOS system APIs (e.g. File Manager, UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is only accessible to you.
I may use Apple's built-in App Analytics (provided through App Store Connect) to receive aggregated, anonymous usage statistics such as app sessions and crash reports. This data is collected by Apple and is not linked to your identity. You can opt out in your device's Privacy settings under Analytics & Improvements.
No third-party analytics SDK (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel) is integrated into any of my apps.
Some apps may fetch content (such as quotes, songs, or images) from a remote server to display within the app. These requests do not include any personal information — only a standard HTTP request is made to retrieve the content.
My apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The apps are safe and appropriate for all ages.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. I encourage you to review this page periodically.
